Farrell's is a 10-week group fitness program for anyone looking to enhance their current way of life. Classes are 45 minutes long, six days per week, taking turns between cardio kickboxing and strength training. All members receive our 10-Week Challenge, nutrition coaching, meal plans, personal coaches, and a supportive and inspiring environment to reach their goals.
That depends on each individual person. While how much you weigh is an important component of your health, focusing solely on weight loss will only generate short-term success. We center on body fat loss, not just weight loss, to ensure your journey to a healthier way of living is well-rounded!
We offer three flexible and convenient enrollment options and work with you to select the one that fits your needs. We suggest contacting your preferred location for more details. We offer a free week of classes to try the Farrell's program!

All Farrell's locations utilize the industry-leading, heart-rate tracking, wearable Myzone. Members may purchase a Myzone belt for use in and outside of the gym. Myzone is an integral part of the Farrell's program and is used to keep track of heart rate during both our HIIT-style cardio kickboxing workouts and strength training classes. Instructors and coaches use Myzone to set the speed of the class and ensure members are reaching their Level 10!
Want to figure out what you’re really made of? Being knowledgeable about your body composition is the first move toward recording your results. At Farrell's, we measure with InBody, an award-winning body composition analysis scale, which analyzes fat, lean body mass, minerals, and body water. InBody verifies the results you’re getting on the mats onto paper, so you can see how much body fat you’re losing and how much lean muscle you’re creating!
Our workouts aren’t extreme, but the results you’ll achieve if you stick to our program are. You’ll be able to modify your workouts to your preferred level of intensity, while heading toward your individual goals. We also offer modifications for all of our exercises to ensure an awesome workout.

Of course not! When we launch our 10-Week Challenge, everyone starts at the same point. We have members of all ages and fitness levels, each with distinctive goals. And don’t forget, all of our coaches and instructors were previously students too.
This is exactly why we schedule our 10-Week Challenges—so everyone starts and ends as a group. We begin each 10-Week Challenge by showing you how to do the most essential fitness kickboxing and strength training exercises, building on those primary moves during your 10 weeks. It won’t be too long before throwing combinations at the heavy bag will feel instinctive.
Eating the right foods is a key element of your transformation at Farrell's. That’s why we made our nutrition program uncomplicated! We’ll personalize and teach you simple routines that will keep you energized and going in the right direction. From basic meal planning to comprehensive nutrition coaching, we will be there to provide the support you need to be a success.

*Farrell's eXtreme Bodyshaping guarantees that you will see improvement in your physical fitness. If you comply with our 10-Week program as described and do not have improvement in at least 70 percent of your fitness testing, we will give you a full refund. Since we cannot be with you outside of class and can only instruct and encourage good eating habits, members must provide their food logs each week during the challenge to help us better coach you to achieve great results. Your own results may vary.
