MAKE THE COMMITMENT TO STAY FIT

After the initial 10-Week Challenge, we invite our students to continue through the Farrell’s Infinite Transformation® (FIT) program. As a FIT student, you’ll have opportunities to participate in a variety of FIT Challenges to help you live out Life at Level 10 as you work toward your next set of fitness goals.
Event Challenges: FIT Challenges are organized to motivate teams of Farrell’s students who want to train together and work toward participating in road races, marathons, triathlons and other active life-style events.
FIT Fun Challenges: These challenges offer fun and creative themes to help keep you motivated and having fun as you work to see who can increase their number of push-ups, fit into their ‘skinny-jeans’, enjoy a little friendly competition against the Farrell’s team from across town, or whatever your head coach comes up with.
Recharge Challenges: These challenges provide a return path for former 10-Week Challenge finishers who are ready to return. We know from experience that students need something more than a membership to help them return to the right path. Recharge challenges are slightly less structured than the 10 Week challenge, but you'll have the support and accountability necessary to stay on track.
