STRENGTH TRAINING

Strength training workouts are three days a week and are alternated between upper and lower body. Resistance bands are easy on joints, great for isolating muscle groups and developing lean, toned muscles with better endurance for enhanced physical performance.

Our goal is not to turn you into an elite body builder, but to build your strength while helping you lower your body fat.
