FITNESS KICKBOXING

Fitness Kickboxing classes are offered three days a week and begin with a group warm-up followed by a high intensity rhythmic martial arts based kickboxing workout.

Regardless of your level of fitness, these classes are certain to challenge you. You’ll also have a lot of fun while you release some stress. You’ll finish each class with explosive punches and kicks on the heavy bags.
